March 6 - 8:  Aligning the Body ~ Aligning to Spirit  - Join Trace Sahaja Bonner for a wonderful retreat weekend at Satchidananda Ashram - Yogaville.  We will explore our body/mind connection through alignment of our body on the mat and the alignment to Spirit in our everyday lives.   Registration through Ashram

March 7:  Ongoing Sutra Sanga - Join Trace Sahaja Bonner for a continued conversation into how the philosophy of yoga aids us in living our lives more fully engaged, conscious and loving. FREE and open to all.


March 20:  Lunar Flow with Kate Hudson - A celebration of the Spring Equinox with a dynamic moon (chandra) salutation.  Register


March 21 - 22:  Module 4 (Taking Flight) - A weekend exploring the subtlties of inversions and arm balances as well as the skill of shifting ones perspective with Trace Sahaja Bonner and Kat Hendrix  More Info

April 10 - 12: Yin Yoga Training with Linda Shoyer & Sonia Lennartz - Join these two veterans of Yin Yoga for a weekend of exploring the physiological effects of yin on connective tissues and joints as well as learning about Prana (chi) as it relates to a Yin/Yang practice.  Geared toward yoga teachers, open to all.  More Info


April 18: One Day Ancient Text Immersion: Join Trace Sahaja Bonner as we explore the ancient text of Bhagavad Gita, Gheranda Samhita and Upanishads and how they relate to and enhance our practice of Yoga...and Life!  Registration opens March 1

May 11 - 22:  Living Your Yoga: Essential Immersion with Trace Sahaja Bonner - We are currently accepting applications for our Spring Program.  Two weeks M-W-F evenings learning the fundamentals of Yoga (posture, breathing, philosophy and learning to integrate into our lives.  Limited space   More Info


June 5 - Oct 11:  200HR Teacher Training - 4 months of taking your practice of Yoga deeper, plus learning the skills to share with others.   More Info

Serving the Greater Charleston area for over 15 years, we offer a wide range of yoga classes, including

strong multi-disciplinary yoga classes, sweaty vinyasa flow, gentle-restorative, yin, kids and prenatal. Our bustling classes run the gamut from dynamic and physically challenging to light-hearted and relaxing. Come practice in a fun, supportive environment and let the benefits of Yoga permeate your everyday life!

New to Yoga?

We have 2 Intro To Basic Yoga classes & 7 Gentle Classes each week! If you’re brand new to yoga, these are the classes for you! Learn basic poses and how to modify them as needed. It’s also a great place to start if you’ve been off the yoga

mat for awhile.

Intro to Yoga: Mondays at 9:30am and Wednesdays at 7:15pm.

Gentle Yoga: Mondays 10:30am & 5:30pm; Wednesdays 9:30am;

Fridays 10:30am and 5:15pm Saturdays and Sundays 2:00pm

Drop in fee is $12 or buy a pass card.
