Meditation is a skill one develops over time in drawing the minds attention inward...this means that meditation is a practice we must do diligently, steadily and passionately.  We offer two opportunities at the studio to sit in contemplation and learn the topography of our mind:

Tuesday & Thursday afternoon

1:08pm - 1:30pm - Join us for these mid-day meditations where is some guidance during this 20 minute meditation, and there are several different seated options:  pillow, bench or chair.  

This meditation is free and open to all.  


Saturday morning

8:00am - 8:30am - Every Saturday for the last 15 years we have offered a group sitting that is open to all.  There is some guidance during this 30 minute meditation, and there are several different seated options:  pillow, bench or chair.

8:15am - We have been honored over the last 13 years to host the Charleston Zen Center for their weekly meditation.  They have several sittings at different times, so it is best to contact them before coming to see which one would be most beneficial.
