Restorative Yoga is the art of active relaxation. By supporting the body with props, we alternately stimulate and relax the body to move towards balance. In general, restorative poses are for times when you feel weak, fatigued, or stressed from daily activities. Restorative Yoga is a practice of reconnecting with the body and breath for a sense of peace, mindfulness and overall well-being.
