Ongoing Class Descriptions
Foundational Flow is an all-levels Yoga Hour focusing on the basics of Yoga. Great place for Beginners and open to all.
Level 1 is a basic-level class geared toward those fairly new to yoga. Here we continue to practice the positions learned in the Foundational class and learn other beginner poses and variations.
Level 1 - 2 and Core & Flow are energetic classes for those who want to explore basic and some intermediate poses. Yoga experience is recommended.
Level 2 - 3 is an intermediate class with some advanced asanas for those who wish to develop more strength and flexibility.
Early Hour and Yoga Hour are one-hour classes packed with a variety of poses to build strength, generate heat and direct energy or prana throughout the body. Typically they are flow (Vinyasa) classes with breath awareness. Yoga experience is recommended.
Ashtanga Practice is an Intermediate class, which has lots of Vinyasa and you will sweat! Yoga experience is recommended. *Bring a towel if you like!
Vin/Yin Flow Hour is a warm, combination class of flowing and holding. You get deeper into the breath and body awareness. All-levels class.
Bust UR Asana is an hour-long, fun and lively class set to energetic music. Yoga experience is recommended. *Bring a towel :)
Yin Yoga is a 75-minute long class. Yin is primarily done seated or supine - these are long, deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes.
Gentle Flow is an easeful movement class that connects breath and movement and awakens inner joy. Perfect for all levels.
Gentle Yoga is for those who might want a softer Yoga class or those with physical challenges. Beginner level welcome.
Extra Gentle Yoga is a supportive environment of healing for those recovering from illness/injury.
No experience in Yoga is required. Suggested $5 donation or you can use your pass card.

Kids Yoga is a fun and energetic 1-hour class for children ages 6 - 12, learning to build strength, flexibility, and focus.
(Please note this class is NOT for children under 6).
Prenatal Yoga is a 1-hour class for women who are 4 - 9 months pregnant. Includes strengthening, stretching, and focused breathing to experiencing deep relaxation, reduce stress, and prepare for delivery. 2nd trimester is required.
**Please note that being pregnant and attending regular classes is not allowed. This is for your and your baby's safety and well-being.
Meditation is a slightly guided meditation for 30 minutes. We provide a number of different seating options, including chairs, benches, or pillows. Feel free to bring your own cushion. This meditation is ecumenical in its approach, and open to all who wish to sit quietly in a group contemplation. FREE
All classes have a drop-in fee of $13.

Our pass cards can be purchased in the following increments:
3 Regular classes for $35 (Mini Card), which expires 30 days after purchase (great for those visiting or trying out the studio)
6 class passcard $60 (great for a little bit of commitment - this card does not expire)
10 class passcard for $80 (you’re ready for a bigger commitment - this card does not expire)
20 class passcard for $140 (you’re hooked and love Yoga but your schedule may be erratic - this card does not expire)
Unlimited monthly pass for $90, which expires 30 days after purchase (great for the dedicated Yogi)
Please note all pass cards are non-refundable and non-transferable,
however they do not expire, with the exception of the unlimited monthly and 3 class “mini” pass

Kids classes can be purchased as a group of 6 classes for $36. Attendance does not need to be continuous.
To drop in one time, the fee is $7.
Prenatal Yoga classes may be purchased as a group of 6 classes for $50. Attendance does not need to be continuous.
To drop in one time, the fee is $13.
Classes start promptly
Arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class especially if it is your first class.
If you arrive late, you may be denied admittance to the class, especially if it is an after hours class - doors lock 5 minutes after class starts.

Clean Yoga mats are available to rent ($1.00), however, for hygiene purposes, it is best to have your own personal mat.
Our rooms are kept around 80 degrees. You will break a sweat,
and we encourage you to bring a towel (towels are not provided by the studio).
If you need to leave early, please let the teacher know
and try to place your mat by the door.
Leave cell phones in the cubbies - turned off or on vibrate.
Practice on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow 2-3 hours after your last meal.
Please refrain from heavy scents as these may intensify
as your body temperature increases.

Gentle, Gentle Flow, Extra Gentle or Foundational Flow
These classes are geared toward those
with little to no Yoga experience!
Gentle classes are either 60 or 90 minutes of breathing, stretching, and moving, offering an easeful way to learn Yoga. Classes are held Mondays at 10:30am & 5:30pm, Wednesdays 9:30am, & Fridays 10:30am.
We offer Gentle Flow on Fridays at 5:30pm and Sundays 2:00pm, & Extra Gentle Saturdays at 2:00pm
The Foundational Flow class is an ongoing, 60-minute class geared toward learning the basics and fundamentals of Yoga to enable you to move you forward in the practice. It is offered every Wednesday at 7:15pm.
No registration required.

Steven is subbing Vin/Yin Monday February 27 at 9:30am
All of our teachers are certified and have a unique style. If the regular teacher is not teaching, it is great to try a different teacher who is substituting. Who knows, they may become your new favorite teacher!
