January 27 - 28, 2018
This weekend program is dedicated to the study of the ancient teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali with Trace Sahaja Bonner. Patanjali is considered the father of Yoga, and it is his guiding words that inspires us to open the caverns of the mind and see how our thoughts and attachments to our story gives rise to suffering. While he offers insight into our suffering, he also shares with us how to remove the obstacles and gives us stepping stones out of our dilemma thereby living more consciously.
This program is open to all who wish to learn about the philosophy of Yoga. The weekend will be divided into mostly lecture, some writing and light movement.
Early Registration cost is $125 (before January 16)
