Restorative yoga is the art of active relaxation. By supporting the body with props, we alternately stimulate and relax the body to move towards balance. In general, restorative poses are for those times when you feel weak, fatigued, or stressed from your daily activities. Reconnect with the body and breath for a sense of peace, mindfulness and well-being. No prior yoga experience necessary. Class limited to 25 people.
