Living Your Yoga

an essential immersion with Trace Sahaja Bonner

Restorative yoga is the art of active relaxation. By supporting the body with props, we alternately stimulate and relax the body to move towards balance. In general, restorative poses are for those times when you feel weak, fatigued, or stressed from your daily activities. In this hands-on, experiential training, participants will learn the gentle sequencing of restorative yoga techniques and modifications on traditional poses, developing the skills needed to support students at every level of practice in finding health, wholeness and evenness of mind.
